What is bimetal yoyo?
Bimetal yoyo means the yoyo is made out of 2 metals. SkillAddicts Pro Yoyo has aluminum body and stainless steel weight rings. The rings improve weight distribution, increasing stability and spin time during complex tricks.
How long does the professional yoyo spin?
The SkillAddicts Pro Yoyo spins for extremely long – on test throws, it spin for over 7 minutes. Great for long yoyo combos and freestyle routines.
Does this yoyo have a ball-bearing?
Yes, the Pro YoYo comes with 2 ball-bearings. Both are high grade stainless steel C size concave yoyo ball bearings (always use just one ball-bearing in a yo-yo). One ball bearing is in the yoyo and one comes in a packaging as a spare ball bearing.

Is this yo-yo good for beginners?
No, the Pro YoYo is not recommended for beginner yoyo players. It is unresponsive yoyo, therefore it requires the Bind to return to players hand. The Pro Yoyo is our best yoyo for intermediate and advanced yoyo tricks.
- For beginner yoyo players we recommend the Starter Yoyo.
How to change the yoyo ball bearing?
It is really simple:
- Open the yoyo, unscrew it carefully
- Take out the ball bearing
- Put in the new ball bearing
Sometimes you need to use pliers, yoyo bearing removal tool or YoyoFactory Multitool. When using pliers be careful to not harm the ball bearing and bearing seat of your yo-yo.
My professional yoyo is not well balanced, it is tilting to one side!
This is common mistake that players make. Modern yoyos do not tilt because they are broken but because of the players throw. Make sure you throw the yoyo straight (not sideways, not under an agnle) and strong enough (the faster it will spin, the more stable it will be). How long should be a yo-yo string?
The recommended length is from players waist to the ground. But you can use any length that fits you the best. Watch Yoyo String Setup video tutorial.
My yo-yo does not come back to hand!
The SkillAddicts Pro Yoyo is unresponsive professional yoyo (advanced setup) therefore it requires the Bind trick to come back to players hand.
How do I attach string to a yo-yo and to my finger?
- Always put the yoyo string on your middle finger
- Attach it between second and third knuckle of the finger (for better control).
- Use slipknot to attach string tightly to a finger to prevent falling it from your hand.
- Never use knot to connect string to a yoyo.
- Simply untwist yoyo string at its end which will create a clean loop
- Put this loop around ball-bearing inside your yoyo, the loop will automatically close afterwards.

What string can I use with this yoyo?
Any 100% polyester yoyo string would work fine with this yoyo. We recommend using the SkillAddicts Yo-Yo Strings.
My yoyo does not work, it must be broken!
It is very hard to break the SkillAddicts Pro YoYo since it is made from premium materials and machined from high grade aluminium. Usually there is problem with players throw or string incorrectly attached to the yoyo.
