How long should my yoyo string be?

From the floor to your waist is the usual starting point. From there, cut it to the length that feels right for you.

How often should I change my yoyo string?

Every 1 to 2 hours of play, or sooner once it gets dirty, loses its softness or starts to fray.

How do I put a new string on my yoyo?

Untwist the end of the string to open a loop, slip it over the bearing and let it close. Never tie a knot on the yoyo. On your hand, use a slipknot on your middle finger, between the second and third knuckle. Step by step: how to string a yoyo.

Is this string good for beginners and pros?

Yes. It works for your first throws and for pro string tricks.

Fresh string. Fresh tricks.

Every yoyo trick runs through the yoyo string. Once it gets dirty and loses its softness, the yoyo stops coming back the way it should and string tricks start to drag. A fresh string fixes that in a minute.

These strings are 100% polyester, the standard for modern yoyo strings: soft on your finger, smooth through binds and strong enough for daily sessions. Each one is 105 cm long with a pre-tied finger loop, so you cut it to your own length.
