Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. It needs to come back in its original condition - trying it is fine, but weeks of use, broken or missing parts aren't.
Download and fill in the return form.
Put the form in the package with the product.
Send it to us, or bring it to our Prague store.

Use a trackable service - we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Or bring it to our store, Mon-Fri, 1pm-6pm.
Return postage is paid by the customer. Bringing the return to our Prague store is free.
Within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method or the bank account you give on the return form.
Yes. We refund the original shipping along with the product.
Swaps & special cases
Yes. Send it back and pick a different colour, size or product instead of a refund. You pay the postage to return it, we pay to ship the new one.
Yes. Send back what you don't need and we refund that part of the set.
Yes. Send it back and we'll issue a refund, or swap it for something you want.

Sorry - that's on us. Contact us with a photo and we'll send the right item, covering the shipping both ways.
The same way, with one extra step: mark the parcel as a return on the customs form. That stops it being taxed again on the way back.
