Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item – no questions asked.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

1. Download and fill in the return form
2. Add the form to your package with the product
3. Ship it or bring it to our store

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your item we will either refund you to your original payment method or replace it with a different item – your choice.

Yes. All SkillAddicts products carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use – a yoyo used for yoyo tricks, a footbag used for kicking etc. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or modifications.

1. Download and fill in the warranty form
2. Ship the product back to us or bring it to our store in Prague
3. We will review the item and either refund you, replace the product, or return it if the warranty does not apply

Shipping costs for warranty claims are paid by the customer.
