- The Throw
- Start with Sleeper.
- Loop off
- Then take the slip knot loop off of your finger.
- Tug up
- You’ll then want to tug the yoyo up, almost throwing the slip knot into the air. Try to aim the yoyo to reach over your head.
- Catch
- Then catch it once it comes back down.
