How To Do Pop n’ Fresh
- Split Bottom Mount
- Start with a Split Bottom Mount.
- Index finger forward
- Next, you’ll continue similarly as Mach 5 by moving your non-throw hand index finger forward and around the yoyo twice, ending with your throw hand in front and your non-throw hand closest to you.
- Pop and alternate
- Then from here, you will pop the yoyo up and alternate your hands, making sure your non-throw hand always moves underneath your throw hand.
- Reverse back
- Reversing back and continue to repeat this movement. Again, making sure your non-throw hand is moving underneath your throw hand.
- Unfold and bind
- Finally, unfold the same as Mach 5, and do Frontstyle bind it back to your hand.
Tips
- Start from Mach 5 mount
- Non throw hand moves below throw hand
- Wait for yoyo to pop up and switch hands below the yoyo
