Buddha’s Revenge Video Tutorial
- Learn Buddha’s Revenge yo-yo trick from pro yoyo player Ann Bubak
How To Do Buddha’s Revenge
- 1.5 Mount
- You’ll first get into a 1.5 Mount. To do this, you’ll start similar as Double or Nothing, but you’ll stop halfway. You’ll almost shoot the yoyo up into the top string and swing it over your throw hand index finger.
- Swing the yo-yo
- While the yoyo remains attached to the string, you’ll swing the yoyo up and over your non-throw hand to the other side.
- Push against the string
- With your non-throw hand index finger, you’ll push against the string that’s attached to your middle finger, and swing the yoyo onto that string.
- Repeat
- Then, you’ll shoot the yoyo up again against the string to get back into a 1.5 Mount.
- Dismount
- Dismount by unfolding the strings to land into a Trapeze.
- Sidestyle bind
- To get the yoyo back to your hand, do a Sidestyle bind.
Tips
- Get into 1.5 Mount
- Land on a string close to your throw hand index finger
Most Common Mistakes
- Landing yoyo on a string too far away from your index finger
