Lasso on a Spin Top

Lasso takes real precision. You have to hit the spin top's tiny tip with the string while it is still in the air.

The trick in steps
Start with Boomerang and grab the string with your non-throw hand.
Pop the spin top up into the air and catch it on the string, moving your throw hand around and behind the spin top.
Let the spin top swing on the string counterclockwise, then pull your hands apart to throw it back up onto your hand.
Tips
- Pop the spin top up a few centimeters above your palm
- Hit the lower part of the spin top with the string
- Feed out string with your non-throw hand as soon as you lasso the spin top
Common mistakes
- Popping the spin top too high
- Holding too much or too little string in your non-throw hand
- Holding the string too tight in your non-throw hand
