Buy the single Starter Kendama at €26.99 if one spare string is enough for now. The kendama is the same in both, and this set adds the 10 string pack with mini bearings.
Each string is 70 cm and ships long on purpose, so you can set it to your size. Thread it through the ken and the tama with the string tool, knot it where the tama hangs right and trim the tail.
The mini bearing keeps the string from twisting up, so it holds its tension and every throw feels the same.
Not soon. It handles even the pro tricks. Kendamas wear out when played, so you will need to replace the kendama before reaching the level where this kendama is not enough.
