SkillAddicts team30 September 2026I really like this product it made me a lot batter at hacky sack and the metal filling is a need for stalls. Material feels nice and easy to clean if you have a suede cleaning kit. Be be careful because if it drops on the floor a lot it will get super dirty

The 32 panel build keeps the bag round, so tricks are more consistent, and the suede outer gives the shoe something to grip.
You can start on a metal filled bag, but it is less bouncy, so it is harder to learn the basic kicks properly, and those are what every later trick is built on.
Metal fill is denser than sand, so the same size bag carries more mass low in the body. That is deliberate, because the density is what stops the bag riding up the shoe on a stall. At 64 g it is 9 g heavier than the Starter Footbag, at the same 50 mm size.
If you treat it right, it lasts practically forever. Just don’t step on it, and don’t roll it on the ground under your sole.
The Pro Footbag is 32 panels with a metal fill. The Venus by planetfootbag is 26 panels with a PVC fill, so fewer, larger panels and a different fill give it its own feel on the foot. If you want a second bag that plays differently rather than a spare of the same thing, take the Venus.
