How long should my diabolo string be?

Stand on the middle of the string: it should reach about your chest. Shorten it from there to suit your style.

How often should I change my diabolo string?

Every few weeks to months, depending on how much you play. Change it straight away once it frays or turns sticky.

The roll or the 2 pack?

The roll lets you cut every string to your own length. The Diabolo Strings 2 Pack gives you two ready-cut strings of 155 cm.

Never run out of string.

Diabolo string wears out with every session. It gets dirty, picks up friction and starts to stick, and that is when tricks stop working. With a 10 m roll in your bag, you cut a fresh length whenever you need one.

It is made in Germany by Henrys, from nylon and polyester threads around a braided core. At 1.35 mm it stays round under load. It starts very smooth and picks up a little more friction as you play it in.
